Alert: The PCC and Network Firewalls / Proxy Servers
It has been noted that the PCC Assessment does not work properly if your networked computers are connecting behind a firewall or through a proxy server.  If users cannot submit their assessment, or receive an error message during submission, your network administrator needs to disable the firewall or proxy server settings for those computers.
